2007 installation

I installed the 2007 trial of Office Pro over Office XP Pro. Because of
problems I ran into during the installeation of the trial version, I had to
manually remove Office XP from my system. I've decided I want to upgrade to
2007 Pro. Will I run into any problems as long as I have the disks of Office
XP? 2007 seems to be functioning fine.

Hi J.K.,

As long as you have the CDs for an Office product version 2000 or newer you should be able to install an Office 2007 product on your
PC without having the older version actually installed.
