This is the email I sent to "Microsoft", any clue's on the matter?

Ya know what's funny or not, even less than weird, I get a MS update's
notice, sharing with me that you got MS office 2007 (beta), I go to download
that or the 2007 outlook, or etc. similar, and bottomline, access deined or
not gonna happen. What's going here? You gonna give it up or not?
What I have, that is not or refuses to run is:
BCM-EN.EXE program application, AND,
Outlook2007WhatsNewAddin.msi
Now why is that? Especially, since I gotta have that supposeitly MS office
2007 (free?) download, but I can't seem to get (anything) of this
matter/issue to run; go figure!

Bob Buckland ?:-\)

The Outlook 2007 item you downloaded is the Outlook 2007 Business Contact Manager (BCM) add-in for Outlook 2007. You'll need to
download the full Office 2007 Professional Edition and install it first from the 'get the beta' choice on the link below.

Bob, I did, or at least thought I downloaded the version but something
obvisiously didn't come forth. Is their beta free or not? Because I get my
download notice's from Microsoft, it told me that I could get this beta, so I
went there on MS, downloaded, but for some reason, something didn't run,
leaving it at, "Is MS allowing people to download this beta for free or not"?
Because, MS is leaving info out, thus, leaving people confused. I went there,
did the download, I thought, but it's not happening or something.

Quoting from YOUR email from Microsoft:

Thank you for participating in the Microsoft® Office 2007 Beta
program.

Listed below are the products you selected and the associated
product keys to activate the beta.

Product Keys:
Microsoft® Office Outlook® 2007 with Business Contact Manager: Not
Applicable

If this is the ONLY application you selected, you cannot run it. Plain and
simple. You will need to download Office Professional to install Outlook,
and THEN you can install the Business Contact Manager ADD-IN!!!

What about this is so hard? You can't run an add-in without the base
program installed first!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bob Buckland ?:-\)

Hi Jeff,

You can download and install all of the 2007 Office system products, including Microsoft Office 2007 Professional Edition from the
'Get the Beta' link on
http://microsoft.com/office/preview.
The Product Key to use to install each product is on the same page as the download link for each download.

Some of the 2007 products are dependent on first installing another one. To run the 'Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager"
(not well named because it looks like it includes Outlook 2007, but doesn't). You need to first download the full Microsoft Office
2007 Professional Edition and install that file.

=========
