2007 not playing with 2003

I am trying to install both Access 2007 and 2003 on the same machine. 2007
seems fine but 2003 keeps throwing up errors when I try to open a form - even
in Northwind.

"The expression on click you entered as the event property produced the
following error: Object or class does not support the set of events."

Looked at references and have:

Visual Basic for Applications
Microsoft Access 12.0 Object Library
Microsoft DAO 3.6 Object Library
OLE Automation
Microsoft Active Z Data Objects 2.1 Library
Microsoft Office 11.0 Object Library

Has anyone had a similar problem?

Access 2003 is Access 11.0, so the Access 12.0 reference is definitely
incorrect.
