2007 Office Suite service pack 2 error code 0x80070020

Running Xp PRO SP2. Have 2007 Home and Student in Microsoft Update
download 2007 Office service pack 2 but install fails with error code
0x80070020 all XP updates install. When Microsoft tries to check for
problem. The SCAN BAR just keeps going back and forth for hours.
So I can not get help from Microsoft Site have tried to install many many
times. All other updates install each time. I bought 2007 Home and Student
from Future Shop retail pack when it first came out with Microsoft rebate.
and only used 2 of 3 lic. from it.

You receive error 0x80070020 when you use the Windows Update Web site or the
Microsoft Update Web site to install updates

THANK YOU
I shut down my SPY SWEEPER and SPYWARE DOCTOR FREE VERSION
and AVG FREE 8.0 could not turn off anti-virus or anti spyware but all
others.
THEN 2007 OFFICE SERVICE PACK 2 DOWNLOADED AND INSTALL ALL OK
