since I upgrade my microsoft office to 2007, I can not read Chinese in my
outlook or my word. Can anyone help me? Is there any extra add-in I need to
download?
My computer is set to read Chinese, so some other programme has no problem
to read Chinese. (Window Mail or outlook express.)
Thank you.

Hi,

Does anyone know if you can view documents in a folder
before opening them in Word 2007, running in Vista 64?

In 2003, if you chose 'Open' in word you could high light a file in the
left section and view the contents in the right half of the Open
dialogue box.
But I can't see a way of doing this in Word 2007.

When you have a series of files like invoices, which can only be
distinguished
by a number, I need to know which of say 50 files I want to open,
at the moment I have to open them all!

Thanks

Andy

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how or if I can view a word doc. in the 'Open File'
dialogue box
before I choose to open it.

I'm running Word 2007 in Vista 64.

In Word 2003 you could divide the 'Open File' dialogue box into left and
right views,
this would enable you to highlight a file in the left pane and see it's
contents in the right pane.

Can you do this or similar in Word 2007?

Thanks

Andy
