2007 Outlook help files open in Windows Picture and fax viewer

when I go to Microsoft Office Outlook Help and do a search, some of the
hyperlinks open up with Windows Picture and Fax Viewer with 'no preview
available'. Is there anyway to change the file extension association so they
will open with Outlook Help and How-to?
