2007 Outlook scheduling assistant looking for appt in 2003 Outlook

Most everyone I work with has not yet switched to Office 2007. Now I have
Outlook 2007 set up, but cannot see their scheduling assistant busy/free
times (it is all hatch marks). Is there anything I can do to fix the view on
my Outlook?
