2007: Planned time off request visible in Data Analyzer view?

Is there a way to create a data analyzer view that will show the requested
(planned) time off in administrative tasks, before it is approved by the
Timesheet Manager. I would like to create a report showing the committed and
planned time-off by resource and period.
