2007 Proposal and Activity Task Progress

In My Tasks when I go to the Assignment Details page for a proposal the
default Task Progress is % Complete. Is there a way to change % Complete to
some other method? Apparently setting the tracking method for projects in
Task Settings and Display does not apply to proposals.

No, the Proposals tracking method (and other items) are fixed.
