[2007] Reporting Progress and Health in My Tasks

I would like team members to report Progress and Health of a task in "My
Tasks". I've got two resources assigned to one task. If Resource "A"
submits health as Late, Resource "B" doesn't see that health even after the
task update has been approved. To make matters worse nothing shows for
health in Project Professional from an admin login. Any idea why this is
happening and what is the best view to use for checking health and progress
of tasks?
