2007 to 2003?

For various reasons I would like to uninstall Excel 2007 (and other Office
proms EXCEPT Outlook). What is the correct way to do this. Uninstall each
program from 2007 then install is 2003 counterpart? Or, just install the
2003 program and it will automatically update (in this case downdate) the
existing program. I may be wrong but I think with one of the Offices (I
can;t recall which) it's all or nothing and doesn't let you choose
individual programs to install or uninstall. Is this correct?

Uninstall everything, install 2003 except outlook, install 2007 Outlook.
Be aware that you won't be able to use the interconnected features of
the Office suite from Outlook anymore.
