2007 trial version

Last week I downloaded the trial version for Small Business 2007. I was
unable to receive any emails, so I did an update, reinstalled -- same
problem. So, I deleted office 2007 and the downloads. Re-downloaded and
reinstalled, now it tells me that the trial version is expired and will load
my emails, but I can't use any of the programs.

You can only make ONE attempt at installing the trial. If you try
again, it assumes the original version expired and you're trying to
get around that by installing it anew...which won't work. Sorry, but
you're outta luck now with testing it.

Hi Lois,

If you're on Windows XP use Start=>Search to locate the file opa12.dat and recycle it (note that it may be a hidden file).
Restart the PC and see if you can reactivate the trial copy.
