how do i set outlook 2000 (v 9.0) to default display time with a 24-hour
clock? when i type in 1800, for example, it is converted to 6:00 PM - i want
to keep it at 1800.

This has to be set in your Regional Settings in Control Panel and it would
then affect all programs.
