24 hour time

Hi I am customising an itinerary form and need to use 24 hour time. How do I
format the time cell to do this? Thanks

- Double-click on the time field
- On the "Data" tab on the "Properties" dialog box for the field: Click on
the [Format...] button behind the "Data type" field. Note: The data type must
be set to "Time (time)".
- In the "Time format" dialog box, select "09:46" from the "Display the time
like this" list.
- Click on [OK].
