255 characters in a cell

Hi,

Does anyone know how to increase the number of characters
that can be entered in a cell? I've got quite a number of
entries in the WBS successor cells and I can't see all of
them as after 255 characters I just get "..." as it won't
fit anymore in.

How can I increase the number of characters it holds?
