2K2: Importing Resource Hours From Excel WorkBook to MSProject

I am collecting task hours estimates on a regular that are
collected via MSExcel and inserting them to appropriate
task and individual resource in MSProject's Resource Usage
View. Is anyone doing similar? If so, are utilizing work
saving methods, such as linking from Project to the Excel
Spreadsheet?

Hi Ned,

You are posting this in the Project.Pro_and_Server group, but I am assuming
you are not using Server. If you are, use the "Collaborate->Publish..."
menu items to post the timesheet to the Project Web Access (PWA) site and
have team members perform updates there. If you are not using Server, I
would recommend you post this question at microsoft.public.project, but I
think you could automate this process by writing VBScript.
