So far I love it. The new interface DEFINITELY takes a little bit of time
and patience to get accustom to....however the more I use it the easier it
gets and more sense it makes.
What I find interesting is that the Application that changed the least
appears to be the least stable. Outlook crashes several times a day and
periodically throws strange error messages. It's calling home daily trying
to upload 15 - 20 error reports to Microsoft. Outlook has hogged big chunks
of memory for no apparent reason on several occasions, then it appears to
resolve whatever it's problem is and work just fine for awhile.
I've had just minor issues with the other Apps but overall they are stable
and have not caused me any grief. The interface definitely grows on you.
I use my laptop to do presentations to people and it's fun to show them the
new Office. Most people are quite surprised at the major changes Microsoft
has made.
