I think so, since they tout Flash as something that is good
for use on websites.

Hate those flash websites, even though I have a fast computer

Flash is a tool, its quite possible to produce nice, small vector graphics
files using Flash.

Just because many people misuse a tool horribly doesn't make it a bad
tool... it just means that I block all flash by default.

Hopefully we'll get decent support for SVG in the not too distant future.

they are just using a cheap HTML editor.
