A few of my clients have a mysterious problem. Their Archive folders
contain 20Mb to 40Mb of Journal entries. The IT guys have no idea how it
got there (they didn't even know it was there). The start and end dates of
the Journal entries seem to be identical across the whole organisation.
As this is effecting hundreds, even thousands of people in each of these
organisations, a massive amount of storage space is wasted.
Versions 2000 and 2002.
Does anyone know how to delete all these Archived Journal entries?
