Can both the 32- and 64-bit versions of Access 2010 be installed
concurrently on a single 64-bit Windows 7 system?

Ditto with the Runtime versions?

Actually, I just tried to install these and the MSI package would not let me
have both on the system (I tested this in both "directions").

As an alternate approach, consider using one of the "virtual" products and
installing within a virtual machine.
