32bit TCP IP NEtworking message

Im running Frontpage 2002(Office XP) & XP Pro and get the
folowing message when trying to publish to a known Server
site
FrontPage requires 32-bit TCP/IP networking. You do not
have 32-bit TCP/IP networking installed. Would you like
to see help on how to install it?

clicking the yes button results in nothing I have search
the KB but can only find 98 & 97 realted fixes

Any one else had these problems

Is it possible the server is an older NT 4.0 server? It could be that it is
throwing an error on that end. Windows XP should not be a problem here, as
you have stated, so the server is where I would look first.
