365 office launcher error

Good day,

When I attempt to run the office launcher program I click on the icon and it opens a blank window. It use to open a listing of all recent files I had used .

In the attached photo is what I get when I click on the icon.. (Its in task bar)

Anyone have a solution?

BTW... it is happening on two computers I have on the office account.

Yeh I'm getting the exact same thing.

Windows update performed on 1/09/2022. Not sure if this has any effect.
2022-08 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 11 for x64 (KB5016594)

I'll add my voice to the thread as I'm having the same issue.
I can open all the apps from my Start menu, but the Office Launcher itself is just blank.

I seems to be resolved now.
It would be nice to know what caused the problem in the first place and the fix for it.

Hi Anthonotech,

Interesting that you say its fixed. Nothing has changed on my systems. It seems to be a windows problem , as the launcher still works on Android.

I have read elsewhere that MS is aware of the issue, but I have not heard for a fix.
