Hi all,
I'm using Excel as a backend tool for creating a structural model that
is later read into a finite-element analysis program. In my spreadsheet
I have seperate ranges for the nodes (with x,y,z co-ordinates) and the
lines (with two node references). What I'm looking for is a way of
having a small window in my sheet show a 3D view of the model. I
specifically want to limit the 3D view to only the line I have selected
and other lines immediately connected to it. I'm wondering if there is
a way of achieving this in excel? Or is there a seperate system that
could be tied into excel to achieve this.
I'm not quite sure this makes much sense. Please let me know if I can
clarify any of the points.
