4 head directional arrow

am using fp03,when i go file>import and the dialog box appears,i right click
the title bar and theres a menu command of move,which gives a 4 head
directional
arrow,how do you use it to expand the box.
help.

"move" just means to move the dialog box around the screen. You can't
resize it.
