4 Labels/Page

I am using Access 2000
2nd Request for Help.

I created a DB [DB1] Dept Name and Box # to be used
as a label on boxes for storing old documents to be
destroyed at a later date. I also created a 2nd DB [Db2]to
hold the Box #, contents, date to be destroyed and date
the contents were destroyed.

I then created a form [form A]using Db1 with a subform
using Db2. One to many relationship - tied together via
the box number.

I can print out this label as a page document using a 3x5
size page and everything prints fine. The Box# and Dept
are listed at the top with each line of contents (max of 5
lines) printed below. But I want to print this 4
different labels on a piece of paper. They will fit
nicely. (I changed the page size back to 81/2 x 11
(landscape), made it 2 columns, with 1/2" between rows.)
But now the contents are all over the page and not staying
together. I must be missing some little thing, but do not
have any idea of what. Does anyone have any suggestions?
