"452 4.5.3 too many recipient" mail undeliverable

I use microsoft outlook. I made a distribution list of 15 people. When I
email to the group only 5 will receive the message. I will get the rest back
with undeliverable too many recipients. At work I use outlook and have the
same list with no problem.
My computer is a dell with XP pro operating system. MS Office 2003 Outlook
version.
When I was searching I found that Windows 2000 needed a patch to fix this
problem. I tried to check on updates and it showed me nothing.
How can I correct this problem.
Thanks for any help that you can offer.

Are you connecting to the same email server when you're at home and at
work? It sounds like this is a problem of the server you use at home not
allowing more than 5 recipients.

No, I do not use the same server at home as I do at work. My main server at
home is Compuserve. But when I got my new computer, they had 6 months free
AOL. I have been using it. When I talked to AOL, they said I needed to
contact Compuserve. Compuserve said just to go onto their WEB and send the
emails. One other message comes up sometimes "something about - unsolicited
bulk mail" and I think it had AOL in the message. I didn't write it all
down. I thought about deleting AOL off my machine and just trying the
compuserve. Do you think that might work? Do you know who I should talk to?
Thanks for any help.

I'm confused here - which ISP are you using to send mail at home: AOL or
Compuserve? What is the name of the outgoing server that you entered in
your account? Which ISP provides the connection to the Internet?
