5 computers/ 1 for e-mail

We have 5 computers networked together
We use one for e-mail
Recently got a new computer with office 2003 on it.
Is there anyway to access e-mail from all 5 computers and store files on one
computer?
If so how?

you'll need a mail server - there are a number of free or low cost servers
you could use.
