5 foot paper banner only prints first page...

Can anyone offer suggestions why only one page prints
when I try to create a five foot paper banner using
publisher?

I feel as if I've tried everything, but nothing seems to
work.

Suggestions?

What version Publisher?

Are you certain you don't have "current page" checked in the print dialog?
Click "change overlap" clear "print One Sheet." (Publisher 2002-03)
Click on the Poster & Banner options, be certain you don't have "Print one tile from
Ruler origin" enabled. (Publisher 2000)
