5 yrs later product key becomes invalid

about a few weeks ago i tried to use msword and it said to enter a valid
product key. same goes for all my microsoft office programs. the 25 character
product key is already included and is correct. i've had no problems
accessing the programs for the past 5-6 years, up until now.

what happened and how can i resolve this?

the only change i've done on this computer is install AutoCAD, a couple of
weeks before i ran into this problem.
