I am getting this message from only one sent e-mail
address. I know it is good, because it is in reply to the
person's original e-mail and I can send from Yahoo. Any
ideas?

That's not an Outlook problem but a complaint from the receiving mail server
that the domain of the address you specified can't be found in the DNS of
the server. If other servers can handle the address, then your mail SMTP
server is the one with the problem. Since you don't maintain it, a talk
with your ISPs support group may be in order.
