In Access 2003, I am new to printing labels - in this case pallet labels.
We want to print them 6 up - 2 across the page, 3 top to bottom, probable
multiple pages
It seems that the label wizard is set up to print each label such that it
contains one detail line, like eyou might print labels with one name and
address on each one. We would like to print each label with several detail
lines, for example:
PALLET # 1 PALLET # 2
Part # 12345 5 pcs Part # 12345 20 pcs
54321 1 pc
PALLET # 3 PALLET # 4
Part # 33333 25 pcs Part # 12345 33 pcs
54321 5 pcs
12345 3 pcs
PALLET # 5 PALLET # 6
Part # 33333 25 pcs Part # 12345 33 pcs
54321 100 pcs
etc, where the pallet # is basically a group which can contain one or more
part numbers at the detail level.
Can this be done with the label wizard? Would it be better, or possible, to
just define a small normal report page, then somehow configure it to print 6
time on one 8.5 x 11 in actual page?
Many thanks
