60 Day Trial upgrade

I have Office 2003 installed and would like to try Office 2007 for 60 days
before buying.

Will it be a problem if the version I choose to install after that time
period is Office 2007 Professional Upgrade with an Academic License?

P.S. - I'm assuming I would just uninstall the trial before doing the upgrade.

Is the trial able to run parallel with Office 2003 just like the full version?
