7 day week view

I want to view the month calander like a normal
calender..7 day weeks. I work rotating shifts so I have
no "normal weekends". There must be a way to change this
default of stacking Sat and Sun.

Thanks...The best would be a calender that could
automaticly figure out my schedual of 3 on, 3 off and
every two mork weeks swith from 1830 to 2030. Been
looking for sometime.
