7748 error when linking to the Sybase Tables

HI,

I was trying to map Sybase tables to MS access tables and it was throwing 7748 error.

Infact I added "WorkArounds=8192" in the registry as suggested in the search sites but still throws me the same error.

Could you pls let me know how to resolve this and link tables of Sybase through MS Access.
