8 Hour Maximum Number of Hours on Administrative Project

Is there a way to allow an Administrative Project to accept more than 8 hours
a day on an administrative task? Going to the "Admin" page, "Customize
Project Web Access", and changing the "Maximum number of hours per day" does
not work.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
