Hi,

Has anyone had problems with Microsoft Knowledgebase Article 891166?

I had the same symptoms as described in the article, ie:

You receive a "Project Server cannot connect to the specified Web
server running Windows SharePoint Services" error message when you try
to connect to Windows SharePoint Services by using Project Server 2003

But after using STSADM to create a new site (following the above
article directly) I am unable to access the Project Server Web
Access... usual Page Cannot be found error is displayed.

I can only assume the access rights have been changed because the IIS
settings look ok to me.

Any thoughts..?
