9000 Errors using MS Project connected to Server

Hi,

We have recently installed Project Server 2007. We are running into
error code: 9000 in MS Project when one of our users is connected to
the project server for longer than 20 minutes. This happens when the
user tries to save the project after more than 20 minutes of working
on it. Has anyone else ran into this error and knows how to fix it?
