97 AND 2007 TOGETHER?

If I cannot convert my Office 97 files to Office 2007, can Install them
independently onto my computer? (Windows XP) Or, does the install of the
newer program wipe out the older one?

your best option is conversion of your db

Insatlling newer software usually overwrites old program...... but all your
97 info should just be carried over
