97 VS 2K VS 2003

I have Access 97 and 2K on my win 2K machine and have been asked to do a
2003 project. I need to keep 97 & 2K for other projects.
Will Access 2003 run a 2K program with no challenges?
Can I install 2003 on my win 2K PC or do I need XP first?
I'm trying not to convert to XP, but it may be inevitable :-(

I'm running Access 97, 2002, and 2003 on this Windows 2000 machine just
fine. Be sure to install 2003 to a different folder, and choose to keep
prior versions during the install.
