_derived folder items change from lower case to CAPS!

Not the best header but hope you can help.

When I use the publish web site in MS Frontpage all uploads absolutely fine
apart from the files in the _Derived folder
When the file is on my HD it is called -
''solicitors.htm_cmp_profile100_hbtn.gif'' Then when it has been published
to my web site it changes to - ''solicitors.htm_cmp_Profile100_hbtn.gif''

The word Profile suddenly becomes capitalised or the other way round. If it
is on my web in small case it then uploads and changes to Caps! Why is this
happening? Is there a setting somewhere that I can change?
