_derived versus _DERIVED

When I publish to a web hosting service, FP2000 seems to
create certain folders in UPPER CASE. Things like
buttons on shared borders (using standard MS themes) are
not found, because the link to them is in lower case.

I don't have control over _DERIVED, nor over the link
created by FP2000 for the border buttons.

Any thoughts?

have your host remove and reapply the extensions and do a full publish.

my guess is you're on a UNIX server and your extensions are messed up.
