_vti_cnf

I have a website created in Frontpage and I have just added a gallery to it.
The trouble is that the Gallery uses the folder structure as 'albums', but
Frontpage keeps adding a _vti_cnf folder which the gallery picks up as an
album. How can I stop Frontpage adding the _vti folder to this particular
gallery folder?

Thanks

Place the gallery in a subweb. On the live (remote)site create a subweb
with the same name.
In the local site, delete all _vti_cnf folders and use FTP to upload to
the website. NEVER open the subweb in FrontPage, NEVER publish the
subweb with FrontPage.

Alternatively, depending on how the gallery works, it may be possible to
create the gallery outside of the website, then File->Import it into the
website. This way the _vti_cnf files may not be picked up by the
gallery program.
