A Basic TO-DO List query

I'm trying to query my TO-DO list with the following criteria.

1. Complete: NO
and
2. Due Date: None
as well as
3. Due Date: On or Before: Today

Any ideas?

EVERY other contact management program has this very very basic query.
However, outlook does not. So...I'm having to figure it out elsewhere.

Instant search replaces the old Simple find as a simple search tool. While
it does offer more advanced capabilities than Simple find, you will still
need to use Advanced find or Custom views for advanced filtering.

You can set the view to Active Tasks - this predefined view hides completed
task and use due:eek:n or before today - but it does not support complex
statements, so you'll need to use a the filter dialog in views or adv find -
the QueryBuilder is especially nice. See
http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2004/20040927.htm for the steps to
enable it. If you need to do it over and over, a custom view is easy to
apply.

The tasks list at the bottom of the day or week calendar has a similar
view - all items due today or before that aren't complete. right click on
the task bar header to change the options.
