A bizarre Word printing problem

I have a document created in Word 2000. It's a simple menu with a background
image, one of a series of menus. All print out just fine *except this one*.
In this one case, the background graphic prints out *on top of the text.*
I've confirmed that the picture format says "Behind Text" but nothing I do
changes it.

Would anyone have any ideas what the problem is and how I can fix it?

Thanks in advance!

I don't use text boxes in Word much but I saw a similar problem in Publisher
once. You've tried telling it that the picture is behind the text so try
telling it that the text is on top of the picture. (I know, it's the same
thing to us but we're talking about a "logical" computer.)
