A couple of quick questions

1) In execl 2000 how do you view all the formulas on the page, it's no
in the same place as 97?

2) In conditional formatting you can get the cell to change colour
border etc. Is there anyway of displaying a different image dependin
on the value of the cell. Ie if the value of the cell is great than 1
display image 1, if the value of the cell is less than 10 display imag
2.

1) try tools / options / view tab - tick formulas
2) AFAIK you can't display an image using conditional formatting ... but i
could be wrong.

1) Type CTRL-` (accent grave, on the US keyboard it shares the tilde
key, above the Tab and to the left of the 1).

2) You can't do this with CF. You may be able to modify this:

If you want to print your formulas then you can toggle the view with this

Tools - Options - View and check Formulas
Or the shortcut CTRL `
