A decent host

Hi ALL;

Sorry if here is not a suitable place to post this question, but I'm going to
create my own personal website (and a weblog besides it) and I have
absolutely no idea where to get a decent host from.
I am kind of confused with different offers currently exist.I'd like to put
some personal background of myself in the website (and I might not need a
lot of other features) for business purpose and I'm told to put the website
in the same domian but for instance differnt direcotry.I'm going to create
mywebsite using ASP.NET 1.1 and for my weblog I think I'll use .text engine.

Is there somebody here who can give me some ideas about where to get a host
which is not very expensive and has almost everything I need?

I really appreciate your help in advance.

Thanks
ALI-R

Prices is US Dollars.
I don't have experience in that area. I just read it on their site a long
time ago, saw the price was cheap.... and saved a link for possible future
use.

To ALI-R. at last I can make some kind of contribution to the FP group :)
There cannot be a better website host service than Hyperconx.com. The price
is very reasonable and the service? The service is simply outstanding. They
jump on top of everything right away. My site is a commerce site so we sell
on line so its a little more critical than the average web site because you
can potentially lose out on making a profit. They did have a few server
problems and one time the server that held my site was down for two days.
They credited my account for any time lost. I don't think you'll find that
kind of guarantee at many host companies. I'm not affiliated with them in any
way. Take a minute and check them out. Good luck. Catt
