a device attached to this system is not functioning?

[Need help]

I received a message on outlook that said "a device attached to this system
is not funtioning, it was in file "c\doc & settings\admin\local
setting\application data\ microsoft\ outlook\outlookO.msnpst" how do I fix
this? Anyone please help. Thanks y'all
