A Dialong Box is Open. Close it an try again.

Running BCM 2010 32-bit, on a 64-bit machine. Has been working just fine,
then a few weeks ago, whenever I try to create something new I get that
error. There are no other dialog boxes open. I tried uninstalling Office
and all related connectors, and reinstalling. I even deleted the DBs.
