a field calculation error occurred in record...

I get the above error message when attempting to do a email merge. The
error message occurs right at the moment Outlook/Word creates the email.
I have upgraded to V2. I have also checked MS Support and couldn't find
anything.
Any ideas?

Do you get the same error when selecting Outlook Contacts and doing the mail
merge
