A free menu generator

Hi to all
I was wondering if anybody could direct me to a menu generator that is
really free ,easy to use and can be inserted into FP as an add in and will
not expire after a trial period.If this does not exist could you please tell
me how to create a great menu in FrontPage that will have basic headings and
then hidden selections under each basic heading
